Living in St Ives, Cornwall and having affinity for the sea through my obsession of surfing I capture intimate stories focusing on connection to place and nature.
I am self taught in the technicalities of filmmaking and have practiced photography in film and digital mediums for over 6 years. Through my process I often direct, film and edit, whether that’s a documentary, commercial or a more fictional narrative. I like to create a close relationship with clients and artists alike bringing a collaborative approach to the work.
In 2021, at 15 years old I directed my first short film Tide to Nature after winning the Re-Script The Future film idea competition. The competition gave me the opportunity to produce the film with WaterBear Networks production house, working with Nikon Europe on the project and premiering at the Aegean Film Festival. It taught me the industry standard of film production, and was the best introduction into filmmaking I could ever have hoped for! Since finishing the film in 2022 I have made my over 10 films, from documentaries, to commercial work and music videos.
